Anger Management

Anger is a prevalent reality in our society, and many people believe it is outside of their control to master this often misunderstood emotion.  Anger that is expressed inappropriately is a learned behavior and often covers up deeper feelings such as pain or hurt.  Relationships cannot be made better through this style of behavior.  Don’t assume that your anger is “just the way you are.”   Come in and talk with Bruce about learning to express your feelings appropriately.
